The University of Valley Forge has announced that Hayden Schigur has been named the next Head Coach for the Softball program.  Most recently, Hayden was a graduate assistant softball coach at North Central University where he got his Bachelor's degree in Business and Sports Management.  He also coached travel softball in the summer of 2023.

Athletic Director, Gretchen Levan had this to say: "After a long search, we are excited that Coach Schigur will be taking the lead of our softball program. It was evident in his interview process that he is hungry to build a long last program built around a foundation of faith. Welcome to the Patriot Family Coach Schigur."

After being named Head Softball Coach this is what Coach Schigur had to say: "I am excited to join The University of Valley Forge and build up a winning program."
