The University of Valley Forge men's cross country team demonstrated resilience and determination at the NCAA Division III Metro Region Cross Country Championships on November 16, 2024, held at Stockton University in Galloway, New Jersey. Competing against a strong field, the Patriots secured a 23rd-place finish out of 26 teams.

Leading the charge for Valley Forge was junior Paul Nadrowski, who completed the 8K course in 28:11.9, earning 90th place overall. Close behind was fellow junior Nathaniel Gale, finishing in 28:41.6 for 104th place.
