The University of Valley Forge women's volleyball team faced a strong Cedar Crest squad on Wednesday evening, falling 3-0 (9-25, 14-25, 13-25). Despite the loss, the Patriots demonstrated determination and had moments of strong play throughout the match.
Rhena Lauver led the team with an impressive eight kills and seven digs, showcasing her consistency on both offense and defense. Madelyn Oakley contributed 12 assists and three digs, helping the Patriots build momentum in key rallies. Telia Robinson added three kills and four digs, while Jada Flint and Mattayah Lyndaker each chipped in with an ace.
The Patriots showed improvement in the second set, recording a positive hitting percentage as they fought to stay competitive against the Falcons. Their effort and teamwork reflect their growth as a unit, and they remain committed to finishing the season strong.
