Morristown, NJ. – The University of Valley Fore Softball team traveled to Morristown, NJ. on Wednesday afternoon for a conference double-header against the Eagles of St. Elizabeth University. Valley Forge dropped both games with scores of 14-0, and 11-1.

GAME ONE: 14-0 SEU
After a scoreless first inning, St. Elizabeth cracked the bats, scoring 9 runs on 7 hits. With a 9-0 advantage over the Patriots, the Eagles scored a solo run in the third inning, and rounded out the game with 4 additional runs in the bottom of the fourth for a 14-0 final score.

With a strong mound appearance from the Eagles, Valley Forge collected just three hits from Destynie Blythers, Jaeleen Mendoza, and Jordyn Clarke.

GAME TWO: 11-1 SEU
The Eagles jumped on top in the first inning with 3 runs on 4 hits, and 2 Patriot errors. St. Elizabeth continued to dominate offensively by scoring 6 runs in the second on just 2 hits.
