Brooklyn, NY– The University of Valley Forge Women's Softball team traveled away to play the Brooklyn College Bulldogs in a double header. The Patriots split games with the Bulldogs winning the first game 18-14, and losing the second game 9-17.
Game 1
The Patriots played a great game one, scoring 14 runs in the first two innings. The team's hitting was led by
Lindsay LeSueur,
Kaitlyn Hess, and
Cayleen Conrad. The trio combined for 9 runs, 9 hits, 9 RBI's, and 6 stolen bases in a strong showing. The win goes to
Lindsay LeSueur for the Patriots and the loss goes to MeganOrtiz-Mengedot for the Bulldogs.
Game 2
The Patriots earned 9 runs in the second game. Jordan Clarke hit a double to bring in two runs to help spark a comeback for the Patriots at the top of the 4th. Sadly, the Bulldogs held strong ending the game with 17 runs. The loss goes to
Carlee Conrad for the Patriots and the win goes to Anna Curran for the Bulldogs.

The Patriots will play Alfred State in a double header on Saturday the 23rd of March in Ashton, PA.
