Phoenixville, PA - The University of Valley Forge Women's Basketball team played host to the Wolverines of Wesley College on Thursday evening. The Patriots fell by a final score of 86-35.
Offensively, the Patriots were led by
Carlee Conrad (Pine Grove, PA). Conrad led the team in scoring with 15 points while also gathering 5 rebounds.
The Patriots had a difficult time stopping a Wesley offense that would shoot 48% percent from the field throughout the contest. The Wolverines jumped out to 9-0 lead and never looked back in the opening minutes of the game. Wesley ran past the Patriots en route to a final score of 86-35. UVF will look to get back into the win column when they face off against Gwynedd Mercy University at home on Monday, January 14th. Tip-off is set for 7:00 pm.
