Phoenixville, PA – The University of Valley Forge Women's Soccer played host to the Highlanders of Cairn University on Friday afternoon.  Valley Forge fell by a final score of 4-0.

Cairn scored three times in the first half. After scoring 16 goals in their previous two contests, the Valley Forge offense was held in check.  The Patriots were unable to get anything going in their own offensive end of the field.  Giselle Rojas was tested all afternoon and held her own.  Rojas saw 14 shots on goal come her way.  She finished with 10 saves.  The Highlanders would add one more goal in the second half and go on to win by a final score of 4-0. The Patriots will be back on the field on Saturday, September 22nd when they welcome the Pratt Institute Cannoneers to UVF. Kick-off is set for 4:00 pm.
