Harrisburg, PA - The University of Valley Forge Women's Soccer Team went on the road for a game against the Knights of Central Penn College on Tuesday afternoon. The Patriots picked up their 8th win in a 5-1 win against the Knights.
Valley Forge played a dominate game for a full 90 minutes. The Patriots never let Central Penn settle in and took complete control from start to finish. UVF's
Alondra Hernandez-Garduno scored goal numbers 16, 17, 18 and 19 on the season. Alondra is only 6 goals away from tying the UVF Women's All-Time goals scored record. The Patriot's
Cayleen Conrad has also been a welcome addition to the team. Conrad scored her 4th goal in the 33rd minute.
Ashley Depointe and the rest of the UVF defense held Central Penn to a late goal. Valley Forge won convincingly by a final score of 5-1. The Patriots have the most wins in program history and will look to pick up their 9th win on Saturday, November 3rd when they square off against Medgar Evers College. Kick-off is slated for 11:00 am.
