Phoenixville, PA – The University of Valley Forge Women's Soccer team used a four-goal first half to cruise to a 7-1 win over the Tigers of Trinity Washington on Monday afternoon. The Patriots are now 4-3 on the season.
The first goal of the game came in the 9th minute.
Carlee Conrad took the ball on the throw-in and put a beautiful pass on target to
Alondra Hernandez-Garduno. Garduno then used swift touch pass to find a wide open
Cassidy Fields. Fields chipped the ball over the Tiger's keeper to give the Patriots the early 1-0 lead.

Cassidy Fields again in the 27th minute for Fields second goal of the game. The Patriots jumped out to a 2-0 lead.
Ten Minutes later, Freshmen
Ashley Depointe drilled a free kick over the keeper's head to extend the Valley Forge lead to 3-0.
Alondra Hernandez-Garduno scored goals in the 47th, 67th and the 69th minute to complete the hat trick. In the 77th minute,

Emily Hinton. Hinton flipped the ball up over the defender, then raced towards goal. Hinton's chip shot found the back of the net as the Patriots completed the dominate performance over Trinity Washington. UVF won by a final score of 7-1.
