PHOENIXVILLE, PA-It was a much needed home game following an unsuccessful road trip to Oklahoma, as the Patriots took on the Mustangs of Mid-Atlantic Christian University Friday night.
After a back and forth 1
st quarter, the Mustangs led 15-13. The Patriots were just heating up, as they would outscore the Mustangs 24-7 in the 2
nd to go in at the half with a 37-22 lead.
In the 3
rd quarter the story was more of the Patriots defense as this time they held the Mustangs to only 8 points, outscoring MACU 24-8. At this point the Patriots could sit back, as they went on to a 78-56 victory.

Jhanel Brown who had 17 points and 9 rebounds.
Mikala Brinson had 14. 8 of 9 players who appeared in the game scored. The Patriots out rebounded the Mustangs 48-29.
Cham Brice scored 27 for the Mustangs in the loss.
With the win, the Patriots improve to 4-6 on the season. They are back in action tomorrow, Saturday, January 16
th, as they host Trinity Washington. Tip-off is set for 12pm.
