LANCASTER, PA- The Chargers of Lancaster Bible College defeated the University of Valley Forge Patriots in straight sets 25-8, 25-15, and 25-14 on Tuesday night.
The Chargers offensive attack was led by Alyssa Bowen who tallied 11 kills. On the defensive side Hannah Thompson had 8 digs. With the win the Lancaster improves to 7-8 on the season.
For the Patriots, they dropped to 4-8 on the season.
Brittany Eberly led all Patriots with 7 kills and 13 digs.
The Patriots have a few days to rebound from the loss. They take the court next on Friday, October 2 as they travel to face Penn State Altoona at 8pm.
