The women's defense held strong for the first several minutes against the Eagles, staying right on their heels for the first 10 minutes. With eight minutes left to go in the period, the Patriots started to slow down, repeating turnover after turnover allowing the Eagles to slip away. The Eagles flew away with the easy win, 79-37.

Rachel Guerrieri recorded 10 points, five rebounds and one steal.
The women compete in the final game of their road trip, Saturday, January 11. The Patriots will take on the Welch College Flames at 11 am!
