PHOENIXVILLE, PA- The women's basketball team wrapped up the Holiday Inn Express Tip-Off Classic, Saturday, November 23 against Kentucky Christian University. 

The young Patriots went up against a very experienced and skilled Lady Knights.  The visitors retained almost their entire team from last season, who finished third in the NCCAA II National Tournament.  The Patriots managed to find small pockets of time where they were able to get a small run, but the rhythm of the Knight's appeared to be too difficult to keep up with.  The Patriots fell 46- 110.

Mikala Brinson raked in 23 of the team's 46 points, combined with seven rebounds and two assists.  Ariene Ohimor nabbed seven points, eight rebounds and one steal.  Amanda McGinness ended the night with 7 rebounds, six points, two steals and one assist.

The women take the next two weeks to practice and enjoy their Thanksgiving break before returning to The Pit on Tuesday, December 3.  The Patriots play host to Penn State Lehigh Valley at 6 pm!
