University of Valley Forge Athletics

Doug Duriez brings over ten years of coaching experience with him to the University of Valley Forge from multiple varsity softball coaching stints as an assistant at the high school level. He spent nine years (2006-2015) at Twin Valley High School in Berks County, PA then continued his coaching career with Great Valley High School in Chester County, PA for three additional years (2016-2019).

Duriez has served as the head coach of several softball travel teams including the Coventry Cobras, Lionville Lightning, Chester County Stars, Paoli Express and Impact Softball. Under Doug’s leadership, he guided his teams to several on-field accomplishments including county championships, district and state playoff finalists and various softball tournament victories
