University of Valley Forge Athletics

Ben Fan begins his second season as the Assistant Men’s Volleyball coach with the University of Valley Forge. He has over a decade worth of experience as a player and coach in both beach and indoor volleyball. Ben’s experience as an assistant coach and practice team player with Quinnipiac University’s Women’s Volleyball team is a tremendous asset in coaching the UVF men.

In his spare time Ben helps and supports the Association of Volleyball Professionals (AVP) during their annual summer visit to New York City. The AVP is the biggest and longest-running professional beach volleyball tour in the United States.

Fan received his Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and his Ph.D in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac. Dr. Fan is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Certified Mulligan Practitioner (CMP) currently with Next Level Physical Therapy in Hamilton Twp., NJ.

Ben and his wife Alexa reside in Monmouth Junction, NJ where they attend Princeton Alliance Church. He is actively involved with the Church’s Children’s and High School Ministries.
