Daniel Cardona

Daniel Cardona enters his first season as an assistant coach for the University of Valley Forge Men’s Soccer team. A recent alum and former Patriot standout, Cardona brings both playing experience and a heart for discipleship into his new role on the sidelines.

Cardona was a member of the Patriots from 2022 to 2024, competing as a midfielder and attacker. During his time at UVF, he pursued a degree in Digital Media with a concentration in Recording Arts, graduating in 2025. Known for his creativity and leadership on and off the field, he transitioned into coaching shortly after graduation, eager to invest in the next generation of student-athletes.

In addition to his coaching role, Daniel serves as a Graduate Assistant in the Marketing Department, where he combines his media skills with a passion for promoting the UVF community. Working closely with Head Coach Josiah Colegrove, he not only supports player development but also plays a key role in discipling young men throughout their soccer journey.

Beyond campus, Cardona contributes to the local soccer community as part of the coaching staff for the Phoenixville Area High School Boys’ Varsity Soccer Team, continuing to use his knowledge and love for the game to impact players at multiple levels.

Daniel Cardona is a dedicated coach, creative professional, and mentor whose connection to UVF and the wider soccer community reflects his commitment to excellence, faith, and growth both on and off the field.
