Hardeman coached Boys and Girls Basketball and Boys soccer at Faith Academy Inc. in Manila, Philippines (August 2018 – January 2019, October 2019 – March 2020). Prior to Faith, Hardeman served as a coach and trainer at Coaches Team International, East Star, in Bejing, China (2016, 2019). In July 2019, Hardeman coached the U16 Boys Team for Ulriken Eagles Basketball Club and played for Fyllingsdalen in Bergen, Norway.

TJ played NAIA Division 1 basketball at Westmont College (Santa Barbara, CA), and Vanguard University of Southern California (Mesa, CA). In 2019, Hardeman earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science from Vanguard University. Hardeman is a NCSA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
