Rob Mansfield is entering his first year as the University of Valley Forge Head Men’s Baseball Coach, as well as the Assistant Director of Admissions.
Prior to his current position, Mansfield was the Head Men’s Baseball Coach and Assistant Director of Admissions and Athletic Recruitment at Gordon College in Wenham, Massachusetts (2015-2019). During his time at Gordon, Mansfield held a record of 75-106-1 overall, with a 35-42-1 conference record. In addition, he helped lead Gordon to the most wins and highest winning percentage in school history. Mansfield was the only coach to make playoffs every season, as well as having 16 All-Conference players, and 28 All-Academic Conference players. As the Athletic Recruiting Coordinator, Mansfield was responsible for facilitating all communication between the athletics department and admissions, serving as the main liaison between the two departments.
Mansfield graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Communication Arts from Gordon College in 2010, where he also was a member of the Baseball team. Additionally, in 2019, he completed his Master of Education in Athletic Administration from Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts.
Mansfield resides in Telford, Pennsylvania with his wife Krista, and his son Weston.
