Media, PA – On Friday, Sept. 12th, the 2025 United East Preview meet took place at the PSU Brandywine campus. The field was made up of 12 men's teams and 13 women's teams.
Paul Nadrowski in 20th place led the way for the men with a time of 32:19, followed closely by Nathaniel Gale in 21st place at 32:32. The other Patriots came in the respective order: Bernardo McGraw (45th; 35:17), Javier Soto Rodriguez (57th; 37:40), Dawson Bell (73rd; 39:40), Rhys Schoonmaker (79th, 41:41), Cole Cherry (83rd; 43:42), and Everett Flower (91st; 46:20).
Our Men battled to an 8th-place finish overall out of 12 teams. With two non-conference programs in the mix, our Patriots claimed 6th place among United East schools, topping four other conference opponents.
Sofia Troland led the women with an outstanding performance, claiming a 10th place finish with a time of 27:24. This was the Women's first 6k race of the season. Following Troland, our next Patriots were Autumn Karampatsos (21st; 29:58), Ava Mello (39th; 33:50), Mariah Lyon (43rd), Madison Naples (46th; 35:14), Mona Koko (53rd; 38:57), Grace Schmidheini (61st; 41:28), Danalys Alvarado (72nd; 53:11), and Brianna Walker (73rd; 53:13).
The Women's team secured a strong 6th-place finish out of 13 teams. With just one non-conference opponent in the field, the Patriots still held 6th among United East schools, finishing ahead of six conference opponents.
Demonstrating perseverance and steady progress, the Patriots proved they can compete with strength across the conference. We look forward to the season ahead.
