The University of Valley Forge women's cross country team capped their season with a commendable performance at the NCAA Division III Metro Region Cross Country Championships on November 16, 2024, finishing 22nd out of 25 teams. Leading the Patriots was junior Sofia Troland, who completed the 6K course in 27:08.2, earning 16th place overall. Freshman Autumn Karampatsos followed closely, finishing in 28:58.4 and placing 22nd.

The NCAA Division III Metro Region Cross Country Championships, hosted by Stockton University in Galloway, NJ, featured a highly competitive field, providing the Patriots with valuable experience and exposure at the regional level.
