Glassboro, NJ – On Saturday, April 12, the Patriots competed at the Oscar Moore Invitational hosted by Rowan University. To end off their non-traditional season, members of our Cross Country team also made a season debut on the track.
Highlights From This Meet:
Nathaniel Gale (JR) competed in the 1500M and ran a time of 4:26.43 (25th/67). This put him in the top half of the competitors on the track.
Paul Nadrowski (JR) and Javier Soto (FR) debuted in the 5k race with respective times of 17:47.41 and 20:47.61. This was a career PR for Javier, and his first ever 5k on a track. Sofia Troland (JR) also competed in the 5k race and ran a time of 22:42.87.
In the 400M races, Shane Keith (JR) clocked a time of 56.55 and Autumn Karampatsos (FR) came in 13th place out of 25 runners with a time of 1:08.81.
Our first Patriot in the Men's 100M was Shane Keith (JR) who finished at 12.30, followed quickly by Yaone Badisang (SR) with 12.38.
For the Women's 100M, three Patriots lined up to race: Natalia Gilliam-Johnson (18.02), Brianna Walker (18.99), and Danalys Alvarado (19.38).
On the field, Benjamin (Rhys) Schoonmaker competed 8.56m in Shot Put.

As we head into Easter Break, the Patriots will take this weekend off and our next competition date will be Saturday, April 26th.
