On February 17, 2025, the University of Valley Forge men's volleyball team secured a decisive 3-0 victory over Penn State Schuylkill in an away match held in Schuylkill Haven, PA. 

Match Highlights:

• Set Scores: The Patriots won with set scores of 25-20, 25-18, and 25-20.

• Offensive Leaders:

  • Toby Harris led the attack with 9 kills and an impressive .294 hitting percentage.
  • Both Nathan Whisman and Charles Hoover contributed significantly, each recording 7 kills with hitting percentages of .545 and .364, respectively.

• Serving Excellence:

  • Harris dominated from the service line, delivering 7 aces.
  • Ty Martin added 2 aces to the team's total of 10.

• Defensive Standouts:

  • Harris also showcased his defensive skills with 8 digs.
  • Hoover added 4 digs, while Whisman and Hoover were formidable at the net with 3 and 5 total blocks, respectively.

• Playmaking:

  • Setter Zoe Lor effectively orchestrated the offense, leading the team with 15 assists.
  • Hoover also contributed 12 assists.

This victory improved the Patriots' record to 5-4, reflecting their competitive form this season. 
