This last Wednesday the UVF men's soccer team dropped a close game against the Gallaudet Bison. Both teams fought until the end, and the final score was 2-1. The Patriots got down 2-0 early, but a goal in the 34th minute by Jorge Rojas made it a 2-1 game. UVF threatened many times, but the Bison goalie made save after save. Juan Garcia Flores went 5/7 on shots, bringing his save total to 80 saves on the season. The Patriots return home this Tuesday October 8th with a
conference matchup versus the Gators of Notre Dame of Maryland. UVF hopes to snap their 9 game skid with a big conference win.
