Phoenixville, PA - The University of Valley Forge Women's Volleyball team traveled to Allentown, PA to take on the Falcons of Cedar Crest College on Wednesday evening.  The lost the match in straigh sets by scores of 25-13, 25-11 and 25-16.  

Cedar Crest raced out to a commanding 14-1 lead and never looked back.  The Falcons took game 1 by a score of 25-13.  Cedar Crest continued to play well.  The Falcons used big scoring runs and easily took set #2 by a final score of 25-11.  The Patriots were able to keep pace with Cedar Crest in the early stages of game #3.  With the score tied at 5, the falcons began to pull away and would go on to win 25-16. UVF will look to get back in the win column when they travel to Fredrick, MD to take on Hood College and Alvernia University on Friday, September 14th.
