Doylestown, PA - The University of Valley Forge Men's Soccer team traveled to Doylestown, PA to take on the Aggies of Delaware Valley University on Wednesday evening. The Patriots (3-11) took on the Aggies (5-10) in a game that saw Del Val control the tempo and win by a final score of 5-0.
UVF hung tough for the first 20 minutes of action and held the DelVal offense in check. In the 22nd minute however, the Aggies broke through on the scoreboard. DelVal's Ande Permyashkin placed a cross that found Kaisean Freedman. Freedman tapped it in for the Aggies first goal. DelVal added another goal with just inside 10 minutes left in the half to take a 2-0 lead after the first frame. Delaware Valley went on to add three more goals in the second half to beat UVF by a final score of 5-0.

The Men's Soccer team will now turn it's attention to preparing for the ACAA Conference Tournament. The Patriots will face the #1 seed Alfred State College on Saturday, November 4th. Game time is set for 12:00 pm and will be played at Phoenixville High School.
