BALTIMORE, MD- The University of Valley Forge Volleyball team traveled to Baltimore on Saturday, to wrap up their season in a tri-match facing Notre Dame of Maryland University, and Trinity Washington University.
In the first game vs. Notre Dame, they fell in straight sets 14-25, 24-26, and 20-25. Lindsay LeSueur had 8 kills, and Brittany Eberly had 28 digs in the loss. Notre Dame of Maryland University is now 14-8 on the season.
The Patriots looked to bounce back in game two vs. Trinity Washington University, and they did just that. They won in impressive fashion, taking all sets for a 3-0 victory 25-12, 25-7, 25-17. Senior Shelby Shepherd finished her last game as a Patriot with 10 kills and the win.
