BRYN MAWR, PA- The women's volleyball team traveled to Bryn Mawr College to compete against the Lady Owls.  Valley Forge's offense struggled to find ways to finish the ball and fell in three straight sets, 0-3.

Despite early leads in both of the first two sets, the Lady Patriots couldn't maintain their advantage.  The Lady Owls proved their power at the net, keeping the visitors guessing and eventually tiring out the defense to land the point.  Unable to find and answer against the Bryn Mawr's attacks, the Lady Patriots fell further behind as the sets went on, dissolving their hopes for a comeback.

"We keep moving forward in certain areas each game.  We just need to remember to not move backwards in other areas.  The girls need to keep building chemistry and trust on the court and we look to continue seeing it come together in the coming weeks", stated Head Coach Amanda Gauthier.

Brittany Eberly finished the night with 22 digs.

The women have some time to gather themselves before their next match, traveling to Bryn Athyn College, Tuesday, September 30.  This is the second meeting between the two teams this season. The Lady Patriots were defeated in four sets by Bryn Athyn but look to even things out with a win.  The game is set for 7PM.
