PHOENIXVILLE, PA - Thanks in part to a 29 point halftime margin (40-11), the VFCC women's basketball team was able to coast to its third consecutive win in the past week, defeating the Crimson Eagles of Philadelphia Biblical University by a 76-49 final score on Thursday night (Feb. 9). PBU was able to finish the second half with a stronger showing, but the large first half deficit proved too much to overcome. Tonight's win brings the Lady Patriots record to 11-15.

Morgan Godwin had a career night for the Lady Patriots, and was one rebound shy of a double-double, leading all scorers with 25 points, including three made three-point shots. Godwin finished with 9 rebounds.

Amanda Reich finished with 23 points scored off of an 8-for-18 (69%) shooting performance including hitting 4-of-9 shots from beyond the arc. Reich also finished with a game high 5 steals.
