Background

Coach Dafoe joined in 2025 as the Head Women's Volleyball Coach at the University of Valley Forge. Additionally, he has taken the role of Head Coaching both University of Valley Forge's Men's Volleyball and Vanguard Elite Volleyball Academy. Dafoe most recently served as the Club Volleyball DIrector and Coach for Push the Rock in Emmaus, PA, where he was instrumental in developing young athletes both on and off the court. His leadership included overseeing tournament operations, training schedules, parent communication, and social media outreach. In addition, Dafoe previously served as the Head Varsity Volleyball Coach at Salem Christian School, where he helped elevate the program and guide the team to one of their most competitive seasons in recent history.

Dafoe played a key assistant coaching role in leading the Maranatha Baptist University women’s volleyball team to their 23rd Regional Championship. Working alongside Head Coach Regina DeLozier, who was named NCCAA North Region Coach of the Year, Dafoe contributed to a season marked by individual and team excellence. He had the privilege of coaching several standout athletes, including recipients of the AVCA National Player of the Year, NCCAA DII National Player of the Year, and NCCAA DII North Region Player of the Year honors.
