Entering her second season as the Head Cross Country Coach as well as the Track & Field Running Coach, Samantha David is committed to developing young people as followers of Jesus through the platform of running with excellence and discipline. David earned her Bachelor of Science in Global Business with a minor in English Language & Literature, and then went on to complete her Master of Business Administration while working as a Graduate Assistant at UVF. David is a 10-year Cross Country runner and 6-year Track & Field athlete. Currently, David also serves the institution in the Student Life Department as the Student Services Coordinator. Upon hire as the Head Coach in December 2023, Athletic Director Gretchen Levan praised David's "hunger to serve student-athletes" and commitment to UVF's mission.
