Background
Phil Over became the Men's Basketball Head Coach in 2025 after 5 seasons as the Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach at the University of Valley Forge, where he plays an integral role in player development, scouting, and recruiting. Known for his high energy and commitment to growth both on and off the court, Coach Over brings a passion for mentorship and a detail-oriented approach to the Patriots program.
With a strong background in player skill development, Coach Over specializes in guard play, defensive schemes, and helping student-athletes thrive within a culture built on Gratitude, Resilience, Attitude, and Discipline—the core values of the program. He is instrumental in fostering team unity, driving performance, and preparing student-athletes to excel in competition, the classroom, and their communities.
