As a Business Operations Intern with BSE Global's Long Island Nets, Jessi has demonstrated exceptional operational leadership, managing game night staff, overseeing merchandise operations, and coordinating logistics for game day operations at Nassau Coliseum. Her innovative approach to cost management has resulted in establishing partnerships with local restaurants that decreased meal expenses by up to 30%. She served as a vital liaison between Business Staff and Basketball Operations while managing complex project coordination across multiple departments.
Jessi's foundation in sport management was built during her three-year tenure as Athletics Administrative Assistant at University of Valley Forge, where she oversaw game contracts for all 10 varsity teams, coordinated officials, and managed travel logistics. Her attention to detail and organizational skills were further refined through her role as a Facilities and Operations Intern at La Salle University.
A proud graduate of University of Valley Forge with a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management (Magna Cum Laude, 2024), Jessi has been recognized for her leadership through various honors including participation in the NCAA Student-Athlete Leadership Forum, membership in the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA), and active involvement in the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
