In January 2024, the University of Valley Forge has announced that Hayden Schigur has been named the next Head Coach for the Softball program. In addition to his coaching role, Coach Schigur will oversee our student-worker program as well as coordinate our on campus drug testing program.
Athletic Director, Gretchen Levan had this to say: “After a long search, we are excited that Coach Schigur will be taking the lead of our softball program. It was evident in his interview process that he is hungry to build a long last program built around a foundation of faith. Welcome to the Patriot Family Coach Schigur.”
After being named Head Softball Coach this is what Coach Schigur had to say: "I am excited to join The University of Valley Forge and build up a winning program.”
