2021 Season – Freshman 

• Awarded University of Valley Forge 2021-2022 Female Rookie of the Year. 
• Awarded CSAC 2021 Women’s Cross Country Rookie of the Year. 
• Earned All-Academic Honor. 
• Earned 1st team All-CSAC Honor at CSAC Championships. 
• Broke the All-Time 6K School Record with a time of 23:34.8. 
• Placed 20th overall at DIII Metro Region Championships, fourth freshman to finish and 10 spots from qualifying to NCAA DIII Nationals. Running a personal best time of 23:34.8. (6K) 
• Finished second at CSAC Championships to lead the Patriots to a fourth-place team finish (25:57.8) 
• Placed eighth at Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle with a new season best of 24:27.5 (6K) 
• Placed fifth overall and third against the collegiate women at Jack Saint Clair Memorial, running a time of 25:04.4 (6K) 
• Won the Dan Talbot Open in a time of 26:20.5 (6K) 
• Finished sixth at Keystone XC Invitational in a time 27:49 (6K) 
• Competed at LVC Dutchman Invite 5K in a personal best (PB) time of 20:38.3 (29th) 
• Kopec started her collegiate career at the Griffin Open 5K, placed third in a time of 21:36.4.
