After serving as chaplain for the UVF Cross Country Team, Coach Keinath has now entered his first year as Assistant Coach. A member of the UVF (then, VFCC) cross country team in its first two years of varsity competition, Keinath now uses his passion for running as an opportunity to mentor and disciple a younger generation of runners. Before transferring to UVF, Keinath played tennis and trained for gymnastics at Ohio State University.
Keinath, who is also in his seventh year of professorship at UVF, received his Bachelor of Science in Bible at VFCC with a minor in music. He went on to study for his Masters and Doctoral degrees at the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary and Regent University. He has previously taught at several colleges and has served as a lead pastor of three churches.
