McGinness has had a great start to the season.  In just six games, she has already hit 3 doubles and is currently leading the team in hitting with a .417 batting average.  She has a team leading 3 RBI's.  McGinness has also been solid defensively, recording 21 assists and 12 putouts while playing short-stop.
