Brian Knorr is a freshman runner for the men’s cross country team.  On Saturday, October 4, the team competed in the Bryn Athyn College Cross Country Invitational.  The men's race was highlighted by the first place finish by freshman Brian Knorr.  Knorr took the early lead, but found himself in a battle with Nicholas Volpe and Nelson Costa of Penn State Abington.  However, Knorr surged during the third mile, and would manage to pull ahead and hold on for the victory.  Knorr's first place finish is the first for the Valley Forge men's program in recent history.  Knorr finished the 7K course in 23:18.
